Karaokoram International University is seeking applications from qualified candidates holding MS/M.Phil (18 years of qualification) and Ph.D. degrees from any HEC recognized university or HEI for visiting appointments as Lecturer/Assistant Professors in the following departments:
Subjects and Departments:
- Department of Modern Languages - English (Linguistics & Literature)
- Department of Biological Sciences - Biology (Zoology & Botany)
- Department of Earth Sciences - Engineering Geology
- Department of Educational Development - Educational Development
- Department of Mathematics - Mathematics, Statistics
- Department of International Relations - International Relations
- Department of Behavioral Sciences - Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology
- Department of Physics - Physics
- Department of Media and Communication Studies - Media and Communication Studies
- Department of Agriculture and Food Technology - Horticulture
Conditions:
- The last date for submitting applications along with attested copies of academic records is August 7, 2018.
- Appointments will be made purely on a visiting basis for the current semester, subject to the assessment of available workload by the committee.
- The appointment does not confer any right for regular or contractual employment. The selected candidate must submit an undertaking/affidavit to this effect before joining.
